CoDHerS Maori Typing Game Workshop

Recently, we developed an adaptive typing game to support learning in endangered languages. In a hands-on workshop, we guided a group of Māori students visiting from New Zealand through the process of creating their own customized games from design to coding and within just two hours, they built typing games in their own language.

Introducing New Members

We’re excited to welcome four new members to the Collaborative Digital Heritage Studio (CoDHerS) lab: Kamila Maral, Berfin Ustabaş, Aibibi Akshulakova and Sai Manas Pandrangi. Each brings unique perspectives, skills, and passion to our growing community. Welcome to the team!

Congratulations Eylül Kara!

Eylül Kara, a former Lab Manager at the Collaborative Digital Heritage Studio (CoDHerS), graduates from the University of British Columbia with Honours in Political Science. We are grateful for her dedication to the lab and her impactful research in digital heritage, global justice, and community-based initiatives. She now continues her journey at Oxford University, pursuing a Master’s degree.
